Q: If I don’t like my purchase or change my mind can I return my item?
A: Yes, simply notify us at email@example.com and we will work with you to arrange collection of the item. If your item has not shipped yet we will cancel the order and refund the purchase price. Please note, your return must be new, unused and in the original packaging.
Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
A: We normally issue refunds within 3-5 working days after the item has been received and inspected, although it may take several more days to be received by your bank. In any case, we will issue valid refunds within 30 days at the latest.
Q: Can I return an item after it has been used?
A: No, we are unable to accept returns after items have been used.
Q: Do I pay to return the item?
A: Yes, you are responsible for returning the item. You can either send the item to the return address provided, or you can prepare the item in its original packaging and we can quote a collection charge which will then be deducted out of your refund.
Q: How do I cancel an order before it ships?
A: You may send a request for cancellation at any time by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org We will send you confirmation by email of the cancellation if we are able to stop the shipment – if it has shipped you may return the item as per our return policy.
